FX套息利差排名：基于38国央行政策利率(BIS官方数据)计算货币对carry利差并排名，找出当前"借入低息货币、持有高息货币"的最优组合。支持指定融资货币(funder)和结果数量(top)参数。

重要说明：本端点的核心逻辑依赖同系列产品 Finance Central Rates 获取38国央行政策利率原始数据（同源复用，不重复抓取BIS上游）。为方便你开箱即用，我们已经将 Finance Central Rates 的完整源码一并打包进本产品的下载包中（位于 finance-central-rates/ 子目录），无需额外购买——解压后按包内目录结构部署（两个文件夹保持同级）即可正常运行。

数据来源：BIS(国际清算银行)官方政策利率数据，公开免费，无需API key。

FX carry-trade ranking computed from BIS central bank policy rates across 38 countries. Finds the best "borrow low, hold high" pairs by policy-rate differential.
