Refund policy

Because our products are digital, source-code deliverables that unlock instant access upon purchase, they are not physical merchandise and are not eligible for a traditional item return.

 

Refunds
We will review your refund request and let you know if it’s approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@nexusagentapi.com.

Because our products unlock instant access to source code, refunds are handled differently than for physical goods. We provide a full refund or replacement file if your download link never arrived due to a technical error, the file is corrupted or incomplete, or you were double-charged due to a payment error. Contact support@nexusagentapi.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number.

Refund requests unrelated to a technical failure are reviewed case by case. Refunds are not available once code has been used in a live project with no technical defect present, or more than 30 days after purchase.
